Internationale Football Academy - Afrique Internationale FC, was set up to inspire young boys develop their skills on and off the football pitch with education and by so preparing them to take more responsibility for their communities and their own future. The academy continues to be one of the premium providers of grass root youth football experiences and seeks to make these experiences free and available for all interested teenage footballers.
Our mission is to use the beautiful game of football to channel the energy of children and youths to more positive pursuits whilst preparing them for social integration and future leadership roles.
Presently our club has a crop of young players, ranging in age from 5 to 27 from diverse racial and national background and about eighty seven in number. The football academy has been in existence for the past three years regardless of race, religion, creed, sex, ability or financial status.

Regardless of some shortcomings in terms of materials our club has been able to mobilize skilled professionals who have shown great support which has helped the club to perform creditably well in terms of inter-club matches played against some professional Hungarian clubs, hence providing the players with invaluable experience and social interactions and exposure.
At least three times a week, the Academy have training sessions and once a week have a league match with another Football side and friendly matches with top professional clubs. The Academy is presently enrolled in the Hungarian Amateur League and has produced outstanding results. The training sessions is usually on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and last approximately two or three hours and cover a variety of skills acquisition. During these training sessions, players develop both their football skills and their team spirit. Many players who are migrants have commented that belonging to the team has given them an important network of friends, which has made them feel more comfortable in integrating in Hungary which they have all made their home.
The team has had remarkable success since its inception and has given all its players, many hours of pleasure and challenging outdoor activity. The club is more than three years old and has gained promotion to BLSZ division one league and finalist of Budapest FA Cup 2006/2007.
This season 2009-10 our youth teams aim to participate in the youth football competitions in Sweden, Ireland, Austria and in Nigeria. In the near future, wishes to host our own international youth soccer competition in Budapest and also hope to produce players that will make Hungary other countries proud.
The club is recognized by the Hungarian government, Hungarian football federation, Budapest football federation, local council authorities and many African embassies and some European embassies. We also have the support and recognition of Nigerian embassy in Budapest. The African Hungarian Union, the Nigerian Union, The Ghana Union and the Cameroon Union all of Budapest also recognizes our academy/club.
